How We Tour Homes Together
A home tour should not feel like a rushed sales pitch.
When we tour homes, that is your time to fully digest the home. Open doors. Measure rooms. Take photos. Check closets. Look at the street. Ask questions. Imagine daily life there. My job is not to push you into liking every house. My job is to help you decide whether the house actually works.
What We Look At
Layout
Does the home work for your actual life?
Condition
What looks normal, what needs attention, and what may need expert review?
Location
Does the area fit your commute, routine, and long-term plans?
Payment
Does the home fit your comfort zone, not just your approval amount?
Resale
Could this home make sense for future-you too?
Risk
What would I want you to understand before making an offer?
My Showing Promise
I will not rush you. I will not make you feel silly for asking questions. I will not act annoyed because you want to see the garage, crawlspace door, closet depth, or where the Christmas tree would go. This is a big decision. You should be allowed to actually experience the home.
